MAI Founders ("we", "our", "us") operates the website at maifounders.com and the related membership platform. For privacy questions, contact privacy@maifounders.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — email, name, password hash, language preference, and tier.
- Usage data — pages viewed, agents run, lessons completed, and quota usage.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store only customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.
- Assessment & onboarding responses — answers you provide to personalize recommendations.
- Cookies & analytics — PostHog for product analytics; essential cookies for authentication.
3. How we use it
To provide the service, process payments, personalize content, send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the service: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings or by emailing us. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA.
6. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion for legal and accounting purposes.
7. Changes
We will post material changes to this policy on this page and, where required, notify you by email.
