Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MAI Founders ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel any time from the billing portal in Settings; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- Prices and quotas may change with prior notice; changes take effect at the next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You may not (a) resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, (b) use it to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content, (c) attempt to bypass quotas or access controls, or (d) interfere with other users.
6. AI outputs
The Service uses third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose; you are responsible for reviewing and validating them before use.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including courses, brand, and platform code. You own the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for your account, subject to the third-party model providers' terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may close your account from Settings at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and, when required, notified by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
